Welcome to HealthyFood.ee ("we," "our," "the Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, meal delivery services, subscriptions, and related products offered in Estonia. 1. Eligibility

HealthyFood.ee offers freshly prepared ready-to-eat meals delivered to your chosen location in Estonia. The Service includes:

  • Weekly meal plans and subscriptions
  • Delivery to designated areas

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders must be placed through our website. Prices listed on the website include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout via the available payment methods.
  • Order confirmation is sent by email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as product availability, payment issues, or suspected misuse.

4. Subscriptions

We offer recurring meal subscriptions.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You may modify or cancel your subscription through your account settings.
  • Paid subscription periods are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Delivery

We deliver within specific regions of Estonia listed on our website.

  • Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to weather, traffic, or operational issues.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  • If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect details or absence at the location, the order may be marked as delivered or returned without refund.

6. Product Information & Allergies

We aim to provide accurate ingredient lists and nutritional information. However:

  • Meals may contain allergens.
  • Cross-contamination cannot be fully excluded.
  • It is your responsibility to review product details and ensure suitability for your dietary needs.

We are not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed or naturally occurring allergens unless required by law.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Because meals are perishable, refunds are provided only in these cases:

  • The order was not delivered due to our fault.
  • The food arrived damaged or unsafe to consume.
  • A significant error occurred (e.g., missing items).

All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

8. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Keep your login information secure
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
