How do we create our ready-meal program?

Our menus don’t appear out of thin air — we base them on recommendations from leading international health organizations. No fads, only reliable, evidence-based nutrition. Our priority is your health and comfort. That’s why every menu is balanced with: plenty of vegetables and fruits, high-quality grains, dairy products where appropriate, complete sources of protein — both animal and plant-based. We don’t add sugar and keep salt to a minimum. As a result, the meals help you feel lighter, more energetic, and gradually transition to healthier habits — without extremes or restrictive “buckwheat diets.”

Will I lose weight on your meal plan?

Yes! Our meals are complete and balanced, making them suitable for healthy weight loss. The key is maintaining a slight calorie deficit.

What programs do you offer, and how do they differ?

We offer three meal programs: Slim, Balance, and Muscle. The main difference between them is the daily calorie intake.

Do you offer vegetarian, lactose-free, or gluten-free options?

Yes, we provide alternatives for different dietary preferences. Just let us know when placing your order, and we’ll help select the right plan for you.

What if I have food allergies?

Please inform us about any allergies in advance — we will exclude those ingredients and offer safe meal options.

How many meals per day are included in the program?

Depending on the plan, you’ll receive 3 to 5 meals per day.

Is the Muscle meal plan suitable for athletes?

Yes. The Muscle program is designed with a higher protein intake to support active lifestyles and training.

What if I don’t like something?

Just reach out to us and we’ll find a solution, whether it’s replacing meals or adjusting your plan.

Are your meals suitable for people with diabetes or hypertension?

Our meals are low in added sugar and naturally low in salt, which may be suitable, but we always recommend consulting your doctor for specific medical conditions.

Can I customize my meal plan based on my calorie needs?

Yes, we can help you choose the plan that best fits your goals. If you have specific calorie preferences, let us know.

Do you provide nutritional information for each meal?

Yes, every meal comes with detailed nutritional information, including calories, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates.

Can I skip certain ingredients, like onions, mushrooms, or spices?

We can adjust some components if informed in advance. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Do you offer family or couple packages?

Yes, meals can be ordered for multiple people. Contact us to set up a combined plan.

Are your meals fresh or frozen?

All meals are freshly prepared daily - never frozen!

Do you use organic ingredients?

We prioritize high-quality produce and seasonal ingredients. Some items may be organic depending on availability.

How is your food prepared?

We don’t fry our dishes. Everything is cooked using gentle methods: baking, stewing, boiling, or other proper techniques.

What is the shelf life of your meals?

From 72 to 96 hours, depending on the dish and correct storage temperature.

How can I replace a dish?

You can request a dish replacement one day before delivery. The earlier you do it, the more options you’ll have. Replacements are available only after the subscription is paid.

Can I heat your food in a microwave?

Yes, absolutely! It’s completely safe.

How should I store the meals? Do they require special conditions?

Meals should be stored in the refrigerator at +2…+6°C. The containers include the production date and expiration details.

How is delivery carried out?

We currently deliver only on business days. You can choose a time slot that works best for you from the available delivery windows.

Can I start in the middle of the week?

Yes! Just choose your preferred start date when placing your order.

What delivery zone does my address belong to?

Check the map on our website or enter your address in the order form. (Tallinn, Peetri, Viimsi, Muuga, Harku)

Can I pause delivery or move my schedule?

Yes! Just call or message us to freeze your plan or shift delivery days. Changes or cancellations must be made no later than 12:00 two days before delivery.

Example: To cancel Thursday’s delivery, contact us before 12:00 on Tuesday.

Can I pay the courier in cash or by card?

Cash is accepted. Please specify the amount you’ll pay from so the courier can prepare change. Card availability may vary depending on the courier.

Can I change my delivery time?

Yes, delivery time can be adjusted. Just message us ahead of time, and we’ll find a suitable option.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

The courier waits for about 5-10 minutes. If you’re unable to receive the delivery, we’ll contact you to find a solution.

Can I order meals for someone else as a gift?

Yes, you can! Just enter their delivery address and contact details when placing the order.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend ordering at least one day before your desired start date to ensure the best selection of dishes.

How do I renew my subscription?

Your plan can be renewed manually through your account or by contacting us. We’ll remind you before the subscription ends.

Can I order a one-day trial menu?

Yes, we offer a trial day! It's a great way to experience our service before subscribing.

How can I get a discount?

We offer discounts for long-term meal plans: the longer the plan you choose, the bigger the discount. We also provide a small bonus discount when you leave a review.
